The RSL 200 offers maximum safety in the smallest of spaces. With its large 275° scanning angle, it safeguards two sides of the machine simultaneously, reduces hardware expenditure and minimizes installation costs.
It is ideal for mobile applications such as AGVs and AMRs, as its protective and warning fields adapt flexibly to curved paths, speeds and load conditions. The scanner reacts to vehicle movements in real time thanks to up to 32 switchable protective field sets.
Rotatable connections for simple integration
Integrating the RSL 200 is easier than ever. In addition to its compact design, the intelligent connection technology ensures maximum flexibility. Its rotatable M12 connection enables space-saving cable routing and significantly reduces installation effort.
An innovative mounting bracket also makes it easier to mount the scanner. It allows precise horizontal and vertical alignment and ensures stable fixation – even in difficult conditions.
Fast diagnosis using the RSL 200 mobile app
With the RSL 200 app, users can access status and diagnostic data in real time via Bluetooth directly from their smartphone or tablet (Android and iOS), even if access to the device is restricted. A digital service file can be forwarded directly to Leuze Service if required. The app also enables uninterrupted diagnostics as the protective fields do not need to be disabled.
Three communication channels for maximum flexibility
The RSL 200 configuration and diagnostics can be carried out conveniently and intuitively via Bluetooth, USB, or Ethernet TCP/IP.
Fast replacement & minimal downtimes
For maximum availability, the RSL 200 has been equipped with a removable configuration memory. This makes it possible, in the event of a defect, to seamlessly transfer the saved settings to a new device without any manual reconfiguration.
If servicing is required, the scanner can be replaced in just a few simple steps with no realignment necessary. This reduces downtimes and ensures uninterrupted production.
